PAYMENT & SHIPPING
- Normal orders are shipped 7-10 working days after receipt of order.
- Postage/handling charges will be added at checkout. Please select method and speed of shipping that you require.
- For a rush order, there is an additional $30.00 RUSH CHARGE. Your order will be shipped within 3 days. Select Rush Order as an option before checkout.
- Payment must be completed before we ship your order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Internet orders are by credit card only. All transactions are encrypted and secure to protect your personal information. We do not ship COD. For other methods of payment, please call 800-716-7945.
- We accept certified checks, organizational checks and money orders; however, these orders will not ship until we receive payment. Payment by personal check will ship after the check clears. Please call or email to place order by check, PO or money order.
Purchase orders are accepted from approved organizations only. Signed PO may be faxed, emailed or mailed. Orders will not ship until the PO is received and accepted. Please call to set up a PO account.

VOLUME ORDER PRICING
We offer volume orders to organizations and individuals placing large orders. Please call to see if your selection qualifies.
There will be a $30.00 Service Charge added for any returned checks or payments.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
Accounts past due are subject to 1.5% Service Charge per month (18% per year). Cost of collecting delinquent accounts, including any and all legal fees will be added to the amount due.
Order changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order online.
Since our products are personalized to meet your needs, we cannot cancel any personalized orders. Any orders not engraved or personalized may be returned, but will incur a 20% restocking fee as well as any applicable shipping or rush/custom fees.
Engraved items and custom items cannot be returned unless there is a defect. We will replace any items with engraving or personalization mistakes that are due to our error at no cost. Please open and inspect all of your orders upon receipt. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery of order. Items returned must be returned in original condition. All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as any applicable shipping or rush/custom fees and must be authorized by our Customer Service department at 800-716-7945.
We will make 3 attempts to contact by phone or email if merchandise is not picked up when production is completed. Items not claimed after 30 calendar days will be considered abandoned and resold. In addition, any deposit will be forfeited.
The best way to submit your engraving instructions is online as you place your order. You may also email your engraving to
. For the sake of clarity and to ensure that we accurately interpret your instructions, we do not recommend faxing your engraving. If faxing is your only option, please type in a large, clear font. We do not accept hand-written engraving information. Please specify your order number on any engraving submitted apart from your online order. Be sure to identify your engraving by product number.
Please submit your logo as an EPS, JPEG or TIFF file at a resolution of at least 300 dpi. We can also accept CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator files. Artwork must be in black and white unless submitting for grey scale or full color use. Full color and grey scale images require conversion and art charges will apply. Email artwork to:

LOGO AND ARTWORK PROOF
We will email your logo and/or proof to you for approval. Logos and orders with special artwork will not process until we have received your approval.
