What is the best way to place an order?

Do you keep record of my previous orders?

We have orders dating back 4 years. Feel free to ask us to look up your previous order as a starting point for your next order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We pride ourselves on quality work that is shipped in a timely manner. Once your order has been placed and payment received, we ship within 5-7 working days (stock items only). Custom and large orders may take a bit longer. Rush shipping is available at an additional cost.

Will I receive an email confirmation once my order ships?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us advising you of the status of your order.

Do you give quantity discounts?

Yes. If you are ordering multiples (generally 20 or more) of the same product, we are often able to give you a discount. We keep our prices are extremely competitive. How much are shipping charges?

Shipping charges are determined by weight, size, and choice of shipping speed. Once your order has been placed online your shipping charges are calculated for you. Feel free to call for further information.

How can I submit my engraving information?

The best and most accurate way to submit your engraving would be online as you place your order. For the sake of clarity and ensuring that we accurately can read your instructions, we do not recommend faxing engraving information. If faxing is your only option, please type in a large, clear font. We do not accept hand-written engraving information. Please check out our Engraving FAQ section for further information.
